Why does windows have to take so long creating a 208GB NTFS partition? It's 3:09am and only 66% complete.

Reinstalled WinXP on a 15GB partition. The rest of the drive is for non-essential apps. Quicker defrag (jkdefrag anyone?) with smaller drive

I wasn't prepared for Vault 106. I thought my video card or monitor was about to kick the bucket.
